£500 ITS Gift Voucher

Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions
1. Gift vouchers are only redeemable for merchandise at ITS – Industrial Tool Supplies (London) Ltd

2. Gift vouchers can only be redeemed in store or over the telephone. These vouchers cannot be redeemed online.

3. Gift vouchers cannot be used to purchase gift vouchers.

4. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or used as payment of credit account balances.

5. No change will be given in cash, more gift vouchers or any other method.

6. Multiple gift vouchers may be redeemed in the same transaction up to the value of the goods being purchased.

7. Once a gift voucher has been redeemed in store or over the telephone the serial number will then become
invalid and the voucher will no longer hold any value.

8. Gift vouchers will expire 12 months from date of purchase (the expiry date is displayed on the front of the
voucher). At expiry, the voucher will become invalid and the value lost.

9. Gift voucher cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your legal rights.

10. Gift vouchers must be protected and treated it as cash. ITS – Industrial Tool Supplies (London) Ltd cannot be held
liable for gift vouchers which, once issued, are subsequently lost, stolen or damaged.

11. Customers must present the gift voucher at point of purchase in order to make purchases in store.

12. ITS – Industrial Tool Supplies (London) Ltd reserves the right to refuse to accept a gift voucher which it deems
to have been tampered with, duplicated, damaged or which otherwise is suspected to be affected from fraud.

13. If you have made a payment with a gift voucher and you would like to return your purchase, please note that
you will be refunded the amount paid by the gift voucher in the form of more gift vouchers.

14. ITS – Industrial Tool Supplies (London) Ltd reserves the right to change any of these terms and conditions
from time to time without notice and to take appropriate action including cancellation of the gift voucher if,
at its discretion, it deems such action necessary (e.g. to change the scope of the gift voucher service, notify of
the service’s withdrawal or in the event of circumstances beyond its control).
